That was good. Ran along side Chesterfield canal for about 5 miles which was a little treacherous underfoot because of the heavy rain overnight. Finished well.

A good run this morning. Rob had a nasty tumble early on though and fell onto his wrist which he had sprained a few weeks ago - he still managed to brush himself down and finish in a good time.

Struggled a little this morning. My left leg tensed up after about 5 miles....had to walk for a bit, hence the slow time (no point taking any risks). Seems ok now.

Good to see Rob out this morning, he had to have a rest last week because of an injury sustained whilst playing 5 a-side football. Perhaps he needs to take it a break or certainly ease up a little on the footy?
